- License/Certifications: Licensed Clinical Social Worker, Certified Advance Alcohol and Drug Counselor, and Certified in Perinatal Mental Health.
- Area Of Focus: Anxiety, depression, pregnancy, postpartum, motherhood, infertility, divorce/relationship conflict, young adulthood 14-24, college/school transition, addiction, HIV, pain management, and women's health.
- Treatment Modalities: Cognitive Behavioral Therapy, Solution Focused Therapy, Person Centered Therapy, and Trauma Informed.
- Experience: 13 years of counseling and 10 years of case management experience in the setting of D&A outpatient, hospital/medical practice, and private practice.
- About Me: I'm a mom of two under the age of 6 and full of energy. I enjoy playing volleyball and staying active.

We offer in-person and virtual appointments.
Clinical Evaluation: $200 1hr
Individual Therapy: $160 1hr
Life Coaching: $120 1hr
Case Management: (varies)
Insurance Accepted: Aetna, Capital Blue Cross, Geisinger, Highmark, Independence Blue Cross, Optum, PA health & wellness-Ambetter, and Quest.
Payment System: Debt, Credit, HSA, & FSA card
Coverage
We currently accept insurance from Aetna, Capital Blue Cross, Geisinger, Highmark, Independence Blue Cross, Optum, PA health & wellness-Ambetter, and Quest.
Please check your insurance coverage regarding your specific behavioral health coverage as they vary within plan specifics.
If we are not in-network with your insurance company you can explore out-of-network provider benefits or self-pay. This allows for additional privacy and customization. Limited spots are available for sliding fee and are at the counselor's discretion.
Self-Care Guide
1. Daily Basics
- Drink water
- Move your body (walk, stretch, or workout 20–30 min)
- Aim for 7–9 hrs of sleep
2. Mental Care
- Take a 5-minute break from screens
- Journal or reflect once this week
- Practice saying “no” when needed
3. Stress & Joy
- Try one grounding/breathing exercise
- Do one thing you enjoy daily (music, reading, hobby)
- Spend time outdoors this week
4. Relationships & Balance
- Check in with a friend/family member
- Set one healthy boundary (work, social media, or personal)
